Position: Tree Climber/Bucket Operator
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely and skillfully climb trees using various climbing techniques.
- Operate a bucket truck to access and work at elevated heights.
- Perform tree pruning, removal, and other arboricultural services.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a tree climber/bucket operator in the tree care industry.
- Competency in climbing techniques, tree pruning, and safe bucket truck operation.
- Strong understanding of tree biology, health, and proper pruning practices.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- ISA Certification or related credentials are a plus.

- Conduct plant health care assessments, diagnostics, and treatments.

- Operate and maintain specialized equipment for plant health care applications.
- Collaborate with arborists and tree care professionals to develop and execute comprehensive care plans.
- Stay informed about the latest advancements in plant health care practices.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Plant Health Care Technician or related role is preferred.
- Knowledge of plant diseases, pests, and treatment options.
- Familiarity with integrated pest management principles.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- ISA certification or related credentials are a plus.
- NH Pesticide license in Category G2 or able to obtain.
- Valid driver’s license.
